As part of Alterian's commitment to improving your Support experience we have launched a new self service Support Portal, Supportal, which replaces this existing Immediacy support site and community forum. The aim is to provide you with 24 x 7 access to comprehensive information to help you work more effectively with the Alterian product suite.

Supportal is easy to use and will provide convenient 24 hour access to numerous online technical support resources. Whilst we will continue to offer direct assistance through our Core Product Support Desk, Supportal will offer you instant access to the most up-to-date information on the Alterian products that you are licensed to use.

Supportal features will include:-

• A more personalised support experience ( e.g. store favourites, product alerts, subscribe to RSS feeds )

• Access to the products you have purchased

• A comprehensive knowledge centre including FAQs, Knowledge Articles and Core Product documentation

• Powerful search and browse functions using Google Search Appliance

• A Communities area with access to forums

• A Product Centre to download Software updates / releases
